Event Description
Bring the whole family out for a free morning of entertainment in beautiful downtown Gardner! The creative floats will reflect his year’s theme, "Fair e Tails" . Grab your lawn chairs and plan to arrive early for the best seats!
Parade Rules
- The entry deadline is 1:00 pm on the Thursday prior to parade. Late entries will be allowed to participate but will not be judged or their description announced.
- Check in at Registration between 8:00 and 9:30 AM Saturday at the Wheatridge Wrestling Building (across from the USD #231 District Office).
- Provide proof of insurance on all vehicles at registration.
- Do Not Throw anything from a moving vehicle. Walking participants may distribute items (candy, balloons, flyers, etc.)
- You may be asked to drop out if you are slowing down the parade. KEEP moving along.
- A Float is defined as any entry that is decorated, movable on at least 4 wheels, and pulled by any vehicle. Proof of insurance required on the vehicle
- The Float judged to best exemplify the theme of the fair will be selected from Classes 5,6,7,8.
- All Prizes must be picked up by 1:00 pm on the Sunday following parade at the fair office.

| 3. Horse drawn vehicle | No Fee/ Ribbons – 1st, 2nd, 3rd |
| 4. Saddle Club, minimum 8 riders | No Fee/ Ribbons – 1st, 2nd, 3rd |
| 5. Organization float: Adult | $10 Fee / Cash prize – 1st,2nd,3rd |
| 6. Organization float: Student | $10 Fee/ Cash prize – 1st,2nd,3rd |
| 7. Organization Float: 4-H/ FFA | No Fee/ Cash prize – 1st,2nd,3rd |
| 8. Organization Float: Commercial | $25 Fee/ Cash prize – 1st,2nd,3rd |
| 9. Vehicles – any type of vehicle | $10 Fee/ Ribbons – 1st, 2nd, 3rd |
| 10. Tractor | $10 Fee/ Ribbons – 1st, 2nd, 3rd |
| 11. Non-Profit Org. – Not judged | $10 Fee/ No prize or ribbon |
| 12. Other – Not Judged | $25 Fee/ No prize or ribbon |
