Join the Gardner Edgerton Chamber of Commerce and the City of Gardner at Excelligence Learning Corporation on Monday, May 20th for an official ribbon cutting ceremony. At 646,000 square feet, this is one of the largest facilities in Gardner and will employ well over 100 individuals. Tour the facility after the event and see what this international company will be doing in our own backyard.

| When meeting people for the first time, why do we struggle with explaining what we do in 10 seconds or less? In this highly interactive session, Presented by Dan Stalp, President of Sandler Training, participants will: •Build intrigue when someone asks, “What do you do?” •Be more clear about the types of people/companies who qualify as good candidates for your business; and •Learn how to set strong verbal agreements with those who qualify for follow-up after meeting someone. Generously sponsored by Arvest Bank and hosted by the Kansas SBDC at JCCC, this workshop is the first of a 4-part Small Business Growth Lunch & Learn series.
